You are better using your own web space provided by your ISP - only one in the UK - that I know of doesn't provide space. take a look at my website - it's 15 Mb with space from my ISP. Find my email address and ask me about free webspace - I'm not alowed to tell you on here except for geocities by yahoo. But there are lots of other options.

Here are some good space for you to make your own web site:

http://geocities.yahoo.com/
http://angelfire.lycos.com/

There are many more if you use search engine like Google:

http://www.google.ca/

Type what you are looking for such as "free web space" and click search. There should be many links that you can net surf to see what kind of "free web space" are available.

To maintain and set up web space, you will need to learn some easy web languages such as HTML and JavaScript. You will be able to type this in Google again to see the links and learn.

Good luck!

You can do a free blog but I don't know about a free web site. Personally I don't think a free or cheap web site is a viable business idea. You are welcome to visit my sites: http://www.relationship-affairs.com and http://www.public-speaking-solutions.com and you can contact me via one of the sites for more info.
