Why do most people say that Blacks are all criminals when in fact most victims of crime are Black people?

I don't think most people do say that, certainly not the ones I know. Those that do, there's a simple explanation. They're racists.
Criminals are criminals, victims are victims, whatever the skin colour, and all of us are human.

yes bc most all black victims are so by other black perps. its like 86% of all crime is black on black. which im more than sure is some (white) politicians nonsense to promote their election or cause. 4 o r5 white men, did billions against white blacks & latinos in the enron scandal. one has died, he has been served due justice for his crimes.

Victims of black on black crimes unfortunately.

A higher percentage of blacks are in jail than any other race.

That makes them more criminal. Simply math.

Prison inmates are roughly 33%White 33%Black 33% Hispanic.

So the big three races are all represented in prison,
But Blacks only make up 11-15% of society, so more of them are going to prison. Asians are less criminal statistically.

I think both those statements are false and very stereotypical. Crimes are committed by all races and crimes are committed against people of all races.
