Take a look at my website - find my email address and email me and I may be able to help. But there is a waiting list - 100,000 people a month signing up - but they have more technical staff now and things should improve. They bought up AOL! lol

I, like many others, signed up for broadband from talk talk. I waited for months, got impatient and phoned to ask what the delay was. I was then told I needed to pay £10 a month extra and broadband was only available at 512KBit to my house. I asked to cancel Talk Talk completely - they wanted £70. I got angry and achieved nothing. I later signed up for another ISP at £15 a month and they connected me at 3MBit.

I’ve set up a complaints forum at http://talktalk.hostyourself.net because Talk Talk made me so mad.

I’m hoping to get lots of responses to deter others from this terrible company.

Mike.

Be a little more specific and i may be able to help you get connected. Help lines are normally good from talktalk. might be a little bit late in the day. You could try them tomorrow. Or gimme some details and i'll try to help you out.

I'm with Tesco and they're fine. Had to replace the ASDL modem after a while and the service was pretty good.
