It's funny to me. I have found out from talking to various people that passing gas in the restroom is discouraged. I am trying to figure out why. Isn't the restroom where you take care of all that type of business. I would rather someone pass gas in the restrooom rather than in the same cubicle.
What do you guys think? Or do you have anything to say on a similar situation.

For some reason it is embarrassing to so many. The rest rooms are made for these and other functions. Passing gas is a natural human function, but to so many it is disgusting or funny. Or someone may not want others to know that it was them that smelled bad. Especially women. But for me if I have to go pass gas I try and go to the rest room. I would try to do it quietly but if not I do what I have to do. There is more room on the outside for the gas then in my stomach. I am not going to hurt for someone else's discomfort.

The restroom is designed specifically for those functions...if someone feels ill at ease passing gas in the loo...they have stalls for privacy. They can anonymously do the deed and no one will be the wiser!

I find that passing gas in the washroom can sometimes make others uncomfortable. I prefer people to not pass gas in the washroom..while im in it
However where else are you going to pas gas? If not in the washroom its most likely going to be somewhere worse.
Ideal place to pass gas.... outside!

Dude pass where ever you feel like then when people start looking around just point to the scrawny kid, nobody will be the wiser.

in public restrooms you shouldnt make a peep. its a rule.
