i m 15 years old, living in jersey city,NJ, and i got a job offered from store called jimmy jazz it's clothes store and i will be folding clothes and woking with stuff and the mangager told me to get working papers but at what age can i get them,

You can get them now. At age 15, go to your school guidance counselor office, they should have a form for you to fill out, in which they mail for you, and it will come to your house, or they can even do it at the school, where they stamp it and take care of it all right there,
I believe its a one-day process.

In some states I guess it's 15 but most are 16. The best way to find out is to go to your guidence/counclers office and have them give you a work card. They normally have to be signed by your parents.

You can get them now but there are restictions on what you can and cannot do and what hours you can work.
