i prefer Tampons cause pads feel like diapers, but Ladies the best of all at Night, since i dont like to wear either, are depends. You may be laughing but nothing like being able to move about and not worry where the mess will end up.

Neither – pads aren't absorbent enough for my flow and tampons are bad for vaginal health – I prefer menstrual cups, specifically bell-shaped silicone cups like Mooncup - http://www.mooncup.co.uk
I've had one for about four years now, most women I know use a menstrual cup of some sort as they are much safer, cleaner, greener, cheaper and more convenient than tampons or pads.

Try a mooncup - much better for the environment - they don't end up polluting the sea, and lets face it - who really wants to put bleached fibres into your private parts?
Mooncups save a fortune on buying sanitary products every month, and don't turn to mush in the bottom of your handbag.

if you want to be able to sllep comfartably at night defedentlt tampons (tampax pearl rox ) but you do have a risk of TTS undless you sleef less than 8 hours i usualy get up in the middle of the light and change my tampon but that is just my but if you are going to just sit somewhere for a long time pads are not to bad not the most comfortable but not bad

diva cups. they're next best thing, they just haven't caught on yet. too many women have been using pads and tampons for so long, it's engrained into their routine.

i have to use pads b/c i get that toxic syndrome and it makes my period worst and its bad enough.i can use the plug maybe at the end when its light but definitely not in the beginning.
