Assuming that your costume is probably pink, multicoloured or irridescent, the best way to go with your make up is to have glittery pink eyeshadow with like the litte stars at the corners of your eye. The key is to appear magical and this will give u ultimate magical look.

shimmery eyes, use a cheek stain or a pale blush which gives you a dewy look, wear a neutral gloss, put shimmer on your cheekbones and brow bones, wear eyelash extensions, spray some glitter in your hair, put body shimmer on.
