That is probably true, but if you take great care of yourself, eat healthy, exercise properly, you should be okay. I would make sure to talk to your dr about your concerns.
Good Luck

Oh and by the way, my baby that was born in Nov., doesn't even look like she would've came 3 wks earlier....She is very healthy....I like have my babies close in age, it is so fun!!!! I got pregnant for a second time only three months after my first son was born, but my second pregnancy was very healthy and my daughter weighed more than her brother! Labor and delivery was so much easier because your body is used to it - she was out in one push after only six hours of easy labor!
One thing I had to do, which I wasn't planning, was to stop breastfeeding because your body can't support both a pregnancy and a nursing infant. I was pretty tired, as you might expect, which could account for why second pregnancies might be riskier. As long as you follow your doctor's instructions, there's no reason why this pregnancy shouldn't be normal in every way. Good luck!

I have heard that when pregnancies are Very very close like you barely get the ok to have sex and then you are pregnant again your body doesn't have time to recoperate from the 1st one and you stress it out again. But you have had 7 months I don't think you will have a problem but eat right drink lots of water excercise and go to your regular dr visits. Good luck.

I don't think so. My first two daughters are 10mo. and 3 days apart, so about as close as possible without being twins. I went into labor early with my second but I was in a car accident at 31 weeks that started contractions, I ended up carrying her to 36.5 and she's now four years old and doing great. Both of them are very close and they actually get along better with each other than they do their little sister! Good luck and take really good care of yourself, you'll be fine!

I gave birth to my son at the end of april 1997. He weighed 9 lbs 2 oz. The next year I gave birth to my daughter in early april. She weighed 7 lbs and 11 oz. My daughter was very healthy and still is. People are going to try and make you worry because of their judgemental natures but seriously. There is nothing to worry about. I'm still thin after the matter and healthy too. Just make sure that you take your vitamins and all will be well.

Well they say that it is best to wait 18 months between pregnancies, but there are plenty of women that have babies within 12 months of each other, hence the term Irish Twins, and are just fine. I wouldn't worry about it at all. There is so much information out there that you can drive yourself crazy trying to keep up with something that is going to be disputed or change altogether.

you are fine. I had my first on April 6th 2001 and my second on Augest 14th 2002. That is only 16 weeks from one birth to the next. That is conseption only 7 months after delivery. I did just fine. They are both healthy girls and now I am expecting a boy now. They were both born at 38 weeks, and were both about 7lbs.

yes, but the problem is that your health you have not recuperate completely
from the US a woman have a baby and get back to work in 3 month (some even considerate that a luxury)
in other country ex: the so call third world countries that we American always commenting about the one that we never see on TV woman are to stay home while they get help (a nanny to help )
I would advise that you try to relax as much as you can, when a family member offer help take it, take your vitamins, eat lot of protein and vegetable
that is the only advise I can give you
Good Luck & Take care

I've never heard of any, the only thing you risk losing is your sanity! My boys were very close I got pregnant with the second one when the oldest was 9 months old. My second was healthier than my first and my hands have been full ever since.
Congratulations : )

If everything goes according to plan, that would mean that your children would be 16-17 months apart. My sons were born eighteen months apart. The last one was born when I was 30. We were all fine, in spite of my later age and they're not being that far apart in age.
My paternal grandmother's first two children were born in the same year; within a year's time. Her last and seventh child was born when she was 45 and he's totally healthy.
I think it depends on your overall health and on your family history.
