I hope this craving keeps for the rest of your life!!! You can NEVER eat enough raw veggies and raw foods in general. When we cook food, it destroys a large portion of the vitamins and enzymes, so raw is the best way to get the most benefits from what you eat!

Raw veggies are always good. Steamed veggie are good too, because they retain the nutrients better than when boiling.
Could be you are having a girl. That could explain your difference in preference.

They are good for you but you can also have them steamed and get almost as much nutrient. Watch the dip tho cause more often than not that is just fat on the end of a carrot. Good Luck

raw veggies are always better for you pregnant or not. Cooking your veggies depletes them of nutrients. Cooked veggies are better than none at all but raw organic veggies are best.
