I'm going to a fancy dress party and the theme is movie stars. I want something that's not to hard to make work, but something where people will know who I am (so people who dress ordinary won't really work).
I would most like a sexy powerful sort of character (I had been thinking along the lines of Batwomen or even Catwomen maybe, but two friends have stolen those ideas!).
I'm really stuck and none of my family and friends have been any help! So any idea's anyone here has will be wonderful.
I hope this sort of question is allowed. Thanks!

a friend of mine has a skin colored cat suit with a skeleton bones on it & she is going to put a halter top & miniskirt over that & go as Nicole Richie... I love that idea.... thumbs up to "Hurley"... Betty Boop/ Jessica Rabbit was going to be one of my suggestions... Pippi Longstocking too.. that might be to "cute" though; if you're looking for "sexy"; maybe Marilyn Monroe, Storm from X-men, Or whoever Jessica Alba plays on Fantastic four...or Electra- I think that's the charactor Jennifer Garner plays. If you have two friends w/o any idea yall can go as Charlie's Angles.

Last weekend a friend of a friend came as Bettie Page (the playboy pin-up girl). Leather boots, fishnet stockings, leather corset and black wig.
