There are many fraternal organizations that are based on similar ideas as Freemasonry. I'll give you a list of some others:

The Lions
The BPO Elks
American Co-Masonry
The Eagles
Rotary International
Kiwanis
Knights of Columbus
The Oddfellows
Loyal Order of Moose
Knights of Pythias
Improved Order of Red Men

There are plenty of others, and just like Freemasonry, they are not "secret societies", but fraternal orders.

Hope that helps, and if I can answer anything further, I'll do my best.

First of all, Masonry is not a secret society. It is a society with secrets. A "secret society" is one whose membership, goals, meeting times, etc. are all secret. Masonry only has a few "secrets", everything else is public information. Other organizations like Masonry are the Scottish Rite, the York Rite, the Order of the Eastern Star, Job's Daughters, the Order of DeMolay, the Shriners (Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine), etc.
