Spybot Search And Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/ or from http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html
And do complete scans as soon as possible

You need to shut down your computer completly deleting everything out first.
Then reinstall everything to save your system.
You probably received the porn virus (that is what it is) through an open e-mail.
If you do not know how to do this, go to the Geek Squad through Best Buy or find a very good computer technician that can help you right away.
Deal with this promptly !!!

try downloading avast antivirus (www.avast.com). It free and updates daily. Also it will do a boot scan when first installed and that should get rid of it. Also you dont have to even touch it as it does everything for you.

Run an online virus scan. They should be able to get rid of it. Avast and TrendMicro have online scanners. Microsoft also has an online scanner on their site. Kaserpsky has one of the best ones...
