If you had an accident at the speed of light and as Einsteine said time travel took place,Would the ambulance get there before you have the accident.

By the law of averages, the nearest ambulance crew would be on a meal break (sponsored by Unison) therefore a crew from 40 miles away would take the call. So the answer is no. ;)

don't think it would matter much at that speed... you would just be one big splat on the space/time continueum
