because I'm so passionate on becoming an actor, but I don't have any acting experiences

Yes, I do. But I don't understand how that would pertain to you.
If you want to act, there's only one way to gain experience, and one way only.
AUDITION!

And it wouldn't hurt if you actually studied for the auditon, played a believable character, and win the hearts of all watching.
Practice.

While you do not HAVE to have acting experience, if you are serious about your passion, you should look for opportunities to study acting. I do not recall the current employment statistics, but the number of acting jobs at any given time is very small compared to the number of actors seeking work. So if you are serious, you need serious tools. I don't know how old you are, but if you are in school, you could see what your school offers. Maybe you could even volunteer to help out on a school play or a community theatre production. Even better? Do well in high school, go to college, and study theatre in college.

If you are out of school, you could look at the community education programs offered by many community theatres, libraries, art centers, high schools, and colleges to see what they have. These programs are often pretty affordable--nothing like taking private lessons. If you cannot find any beginning acting classes, look for workshops or classes in improvisation (which is often and integral part of beginning acting work) or public speaking, modelling, even dance or voice lessons.

Although all actors have their first time, most have had some drama / theater arts education. Most schools have them, head there & get started, and still go to any auditions you can. (note: if you get any speaking parts in the US other than an indie, you will probably be required to join SAG as a requirement)

You must enroll in acting school if you are serious about being an actor. That is if you to get an agent. Agents and Casting Directors read resumes.

no but they will be able to tell that you do not have experiance and is some casses and that can be a good thing and some casses not so good. Your best bet is to at least get into some acting classes.
GOOD LUCK

It wouldn't hurt, but you're mainly required to belong to the guild.

No.

Talent and recognition are essential, though.
