The coca plant, used to create cocain, is still and ingrediant coca-cola. The coca plant is "spent" by the time it is used as an ingrediant and the cocaine is filtered out of the coca plant before its used as an ingrediant. Problem is, they cant filter the cocaine at the molecular level, so there is still traces of cocaine in coca-cola. How does that make you feel?????

FYI, there is a new energy drink out that is named Cocaine, but it doesn't actually have cocaine in it.

No when Coca-Cola first came out it was created by John Pemberton and it contained cocaine at the time which was being used in everything medical in the 1800's. Coca-Cola due to it's cocaine content helped out with pain and headaches and It wasn't until later on a scare by a book called "The Jungle" by Upton Sinclair Which told the horrors of the food industury and thus the FDA was created to regulate things. That took most of the illegal things off of the market.

I don't kno about u, but i love blow...so it doesn't bother me. Im sure there is very little 2 probably zero cocaine hydrochloride in coca-cola. Article?

Not true! They stopped that years ago. My grandmother was addicted to it. They stopped using cocaine completely by 1929. Look it up!

i stopped drinking coke 15 years ago, i only drink lemon aid and ginger ale and feel a whole lot better!
