If you are on medication, I assume you are under the care of a doctor. If you believe your doctor isn't doing all that he/she can, then either look for a new OBGYN or a fertility specialist.
Not knowing any history or what type of medication you are on leaves little details for those of us who may have been in your shoes.
I don't believe in the just stop trying and it will happen approach because there are medical conditions that can interfere with conception and carrying a pregnancy. I am proof of that. Had I not gone to my OB right away when ttc, I might have never conceived and carried a healthy baby full term. It took my husband and I 13 months to have our daughter, which included a miscarriage along the way. We are in our 6th month ttc again.
Find a good Dr that you feel comfortable with and educate yourself as much as possible to ensure you are doing everything you should be doing. There's a lot more to having a baby than just sex. For everything that has to be just right to conceive, it's a wonder it happens at all.
I wish you all the best for quick conception, a healthy pregnancy and baby!

I am 31 and trying to concieve my first child. I'm worried about the same thing and I made an appointment at the Well Woman's Clinic. You can refer yourself. If your near Newmarket, Ontario the phone number is 905-853-2844, If not, they can probably refer you to a clinic near you. When I go for my appointment they are going to do a PAP and I'm going to ask them to do blood tests to make sure my nutrient levels and hormone levels are ok. I am also going to get the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor. They key to getting pregnant is knowing when you ovulate. The monitor can pinpoint when ovulation occurs therefore making it easier to get pregnant without so much guessing. Also try visiting sites like www.babyzone.com and www.tryingtoconceive.com
They are LOADED with information. Good Luck!!

You need to see your doctor. They will perform tests on you and your partner to see if there is any physiological problem. For now you may want to use ovulation kits to pinpoint your most fertile days. I have also heard that acupuncture works. Good luck

See a doctor ASAP if you've been trying for 6 months. Do not wait and do not listen to people who tell you to just "relax".

Try and stay calm about it, stress hormones can affect your chances of getting pregnant. Relax!
