Hopefully, no. He, as a leader of his country, has better things to do with his time. That's the FBI's job. Oh, wait. Their job is finding misisng people and investigating crime.

No, because :
a) it would give him a clue as to what people are really thinking, which he clearly doesn't have, and
b) it would require the ability to read, write and think independently, which he has yet to clearly demonstrate
