How long is your hair? I vote tease it in the back to wear you have it high there on the crown of your head, split it on the side and do a low pony tail. With some glitter since you're a fairy and all, of course. That hair style is classy and gorgeous!

You can get some really cute bows and curls already made for gifts that would work just as well in your hair.
I would do the spray-in color that best matches your hair and costume. If you are dark haired I would go with silver, blond, probably white. Then however you fix your hair, you can add some curl ribbon with stars, sparkles or what-have-you in a matching color. Maybe even find some sparkles to put on your face like Drew Barrymore in Ever After.

try curling your hair, that way it will have a cute and ethereal look to it, curls do that. make them long and loose, this will be more wispy, which is more fairly like than tight curls. you can create these by using any scrunching product. i prefer john freida mousse, it works great. just get your hair damp but not too wet, spread the mousse through it, scrunch your hair with your fingers, and then either let it air dry or dry it with a diffuser.

theres a product that you just shampoo with that makes your hair wavy and i think that would look great with a blue fairy costume....sorry i can't remember the name though.

first put your hair in a pony tail.twist your hair up with some bobbie pins and hairspray..then get a curling iron and make some hanging sprial curls..my daughter is a witch and i did that for her..

I would straighten your hair, add a sparkly head band and spray hair glitter on, perfect!

soft, non-goopy curls...tuck them behind the ear, and dab a lil rouge/blush on your earlobes.
