well, we dont really use computers to answer these questions, we can tap directly into your "internet" with one of our neural implants

It is entirely possible that an alien entity could have a Yahoo ID and access the internet through our satellites. Not to mention those aliens which now live on Earth in human guise.

In fact, it is supposed that the internet is the most vulnerable part of the Earth to alien invasion.
