I work for a company that does pool plumbing and we have far too much paperwork flowing through our office. Our scanner does not process quickly enough (it wouldn't save anytime). I am looking for new ideas to streamline our flow of paperwork. Any ideas are appreciated.
If you know of a model of scanner that does the job quickly, I would love to hear from you!

I assume you are talking about job write-ups and estimates. If this is the case, I also assume that there are a limited number of employees doing this type of paperwork. If my assumptions are close, get these employees palm-top, laptop, or PDA's. Today's PDA's are compatible with Microsoft Word and Excel and easily communicate with your desktop.
