braid the hair on the top of your head into 5 smallish (not tiny) braids and while your braiding, braid a few thin meices of craft wire into them. pull them together at the top of your head and let the ends hang loose like a jellyfish.take the rest of your hair and, using liberal amounts of hairspray, flip the ends out and up so they look all loopy. add a few random bows and there you have it!

pig tales with pipe cleaners wrapped around them so they stick straight out.
