There are many ways to assess social services, one is to first check the need of the program and whether or not the program is also meeting that need. one way to find the need is through a community assessment, or finding out what the community needs and how to fix the problem. Once you get a service then you have to reassess and make sure that that service is helping the problem not only qualitativly but also quantitativly. Look it up on the internet just to make sure, you should be able to google it.

The joint review team (audit commision) arrives, they assess social services for you, social servoces management then blame the temps (who they brought in special two months earlier - to be scapegoated and have their lives ruined)..

Yep I was a temp. Yep I was definately scapegoated.

You can download many reports on various british social services assessments and conclusions on the internet.
