My work prefers that I wear hose as it is more professional. I had to take the time to find the best pair that would be comfy and durable but once you get that you are sorted.
Hose make you feel sexy - makes your legs look great, tuck in your tummy, and make you feel hot! I have no idea if men like them or not - I just know that I feel sexier in them - men like that quality too.

I work in a professional office, and ladies are expected to wear hosiery, just as men are expected to wear ties and socks.
Why would I mind it? If I was told I had to wear pantyhose I would complain, but that is illegal. I wear stockings, and they are very comfortable and cool, and I think it looks tacky to wear nice business clothes with bare legs and toenails (no matter how manicured) hanging out.
I prefer to wear sheer stockings and a garter belt, but everyone in our office dressed nicely, and it is hard to know who is wearing pantyhose, hold ups or real stockings except for the sheerness. My stockings are more sheer than the others , and I do command a lot of attention.

I wear them because we have to. They are very uncomfortable and as soon as I get home, they are off. I hate them and I think that they cause attention in a bad way. They do not make me feel sexy either.

I don't 'have' to wear pantyhose anywhere - I choose to wear them everywhere. Hosiery adds even color, great looks, and smooth support to my legs. Like AmEx - I never leave home without them!

When I wear a skirt to work, I have to wear hose or stockings. It looks more professional.

it's not a rule but we have a lot of older women here and they seem to always wear them. I wear them in the winter but not in the summer.
