If Dragon is wearing knee-high boots and she tucks the right pants leg into the right boot and leaves the left pants leg out (with the boot under the pants), would she look gangsta or just stupid?

One pants leg in, one out, your buttons done up all wonky wearing a cap sideways whilst leaning on a walking frame trying to get the trail of toilet paper out of the back of your trousers.

it depends how cool you are (like if your in school) because if your cool& a funny person poeple will think its awesome and "gangsta" but if your a nerd then poeple will think your stupid and weird.
if your a grown person then it could be fashion statement.idk,
to me it would look gangsta on you though.
