I've heard experts say that is a good measure of how long you should spend washing your hands. Ever do that?

lol-lol-when I started working in health care, I sorta did, but now just know how long to stand there and remember to take that paper towel to open the door

can't say as I'd herad that one before, lol. All I've heard of is to say your abc's twice through (in your head of course lol) when you're brushing your teeth.
