6am, assuming you mean Pacific Time (US).

Nobody knows. The time system called "GMT" hasn't been maintained since 1972, when it was replaced by Coordinated Universal Time (UTC, using the French word ordering). People who use the old "GMT" name are just plain wrong. It's like using the name "USSR" for Russia.
