It will vary from State to State, County to County, City by City, Town by Town etc. If I were to do a job like that I would have to charge by the hour + material. You might find an electrician by calling your local Power provider, many of them keep a list of licensed persons that would do the work for you. Remember just because many or licensed does not mean they are insured. So if someone gives you a real low price get references from Him or Her to make sure they are reliable...

My husband is an electrician here in Miss. and he charges 54.50 per hour plus the material for it. There's also a one time charge of $39 for travel.
