RE:
Is a dead bird in your porch a bad omen?
I saw the bird for the first time last Tuesday he was alive but not moving or anything. By Saturday he was dead and rolled over on his side

No it is not a bad omen. I routinely had birds that hit my patio window probably due to the gleam on the window and die on my porch. Now I hung a windsox so that the birds can perceive that it is not a thoroughfare and I no longer have dead birds on my porch. NOW IF SOMEONE PUT A DEAD FISH IN MY MAILBOX I WOULD BE VERY WORRIED!!!!!!!!!

I am not supersticious but birds outside the home don't represent anything..Unless if you hear the bird of death and look out and it is on your window ledge and won't go away......I have heard that if a bird gets into your home or car then there will be a death in your family.
But there are birds in buildings all of the time and the people don't die that work there.
Any open door or chimney will make a curious bird come in.
I do not believe because those things make you come in contact satanic things...and I want nothing to do with satan.

It's only a bad omen if you want it to be!!!! You are free to believe anything!!!! But I would think its a good sign cause it means that you home is nice and peace full. That is why it decided to spend it's last moments on your porch before it died.

Yes, it is a very bad omen. Someone very near and dear to you will be cleaning bird poop off their car within 7 days.

I guess it could be if that is your belief. It is all in your perception. I believe and God and his grace, so to me it would not be a bad omen, just a bird who went to heaven. Yet if I see the rays of sun shining through the clouds I believe the angels are reaching down to touch me in my time of need. It is all in what you believe and what you want to believe.

Maybe its bird lifetime cycle came to an end. Or it died of an illness. Or 'Asian Bird Flu!' Ahh! Now that's VERY bad!
