Based on the information provided then B has to be the correct answer. A. You cannot prove that the Travel Inn and the Economy Inn are the same business (and they have different telephone numbers) C. They do not have different locations - they are at the same address and code D. This may be the case, but it cannot be proved by the information given (the reverse of A) E. No other relationship can be determined by the information given
