Ethics is the study of fundamental principles that defines values and determines moral duty and obligation, but Morality is the study of action (right and wrong).

In my opinion they are similar and deal with what is correct. But what does a jury do when a man has certainly molested a child. The child's dad has killed the molester and you on the jury have an ethical duty to find a verdict based on facts and law. Morality may cause you to choose diffierently.

An ethical man knows that it is wrong to cheat on his wife. A moral man simply remains faithful.
