Yes, I think that that may frighten some kids, depending on what you do with it. If you just hold it and then hold out your other hand for the candy bowl, thats not very scary.. If you hold it up over your head and make a little stabbing action--BUT DO NOT Gget near the kids...

Hopefully you mean a fake knife, not a real one. Whether or not it will scare the kids depends on if you are just holding it or if you are pointing it at them.

Better use one that is OBVIOUSLY plastic or a toy.

um if its little kids then obviously but if they are older they might just think of it as a small joke, but be careful with the way you do it you dont want to really seem like a physco, just pretend to be one lol
