a sister in w.v, needing help ?

is there anywhere in west virginia, that offers help 4 the needy ? she needs home repairs, windows and roof.. toilet doesn't work.. it's a broken down trailor.. but all that she has and no money 2 buy anything different.. or maybe you know someone who no longer needs their trailor and would like 2 give it away.. what she would need is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, if possible.. yes, its that time of year 2 help people in need : ) and i thank you ~
