Tell him to hurry up!!!

Seriously, if you don't know, rushing the quaterback is when a member (or members) of the defensive team tries to get to and tackle (or sack) the QB before he can throw the ball to one of his receivers.

Depends. You can pressure the QB with yer base D-line, thats yer Tackles pushing up the middle and then yer Defensive Ends pressuring from the edges. OR, you can employ whats called Blitz packages. In those you send yer line, Def ends, and Tackles, but also you might send your Linebackers from the low second level of yer defensive set up with the linemen, sending the Linebackers up the middle or out on the edges. and you can also blitz using yer deep secondary players like yer safeties and Cornerbacks from of the edges using their speed. Some teamsonly pass rush with their down linemen, and then you have the teams like Philidelphia, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, San Diego, the Cowboys, etc... who Blitz ALOT

a good way is to trash talk him on the line tell him that he is going to meet the ground all night over and over again. That will either scare the holy #$%$ out of him and make him throw bad passes or it will make him get happy feet. Both are good for your team.

You can also just blow past the blockers let the guy beside you open a hole and boom get to him he will either throw it away or make a bad pass. Blown assignments also help this. I was a defensive lineman for 3 years works every time.

Find an openning to get to the quarterback they always have a hole there you just have to find it. I use to play Football and I find the weakest area to break through to get the quarterback for a sack, fumble, or int.
