I did this once, and it was very effective - plus not expensive. You will need: Honey, Instant Coffee, spoon, 1 plate, 1 cup. Ok - I know what you're thinking....but it really works! Pour a small amount of honey into one plate, and at least a 1/2 cup of instant coffee grounds in the cup. Dip the back of the spoon into the honey, then smooth a THIN layer over the area you want the stubble effect. Emphasis on the THIN layer!! Then take the cup of coffee grounds, place against your cheek/etc and tip so the grounds stick to the honey. Repeat until all the honey is covered. Re-applying honey can cause streaking with the coffee. When you are finished, you have great-looking stubble and you smell like strong coffee.....like a hobo, only cleaner. The honey remains soft on your face, so it moves with you, making the effect seem real. When it is time to remove, use a soaking wet cloth to make the coffee granules melt FIRST. If you just wipe off, the granules can be rough on your skin.

An eyebrow or eyeliner pencil in brown or black would work. Just try to make the hairs look like there going in the same direction much as a guys beard would. A more involved solution would be to use face hair and spirit gum. Might be hard to find unless you know of a costume or theater supply shop. Good luck.

the only real way to get facial hair to be a hobo is to randomly cut off hair from your own head and crinkle it up and put that on your face it sounds weird but it works ohh you have to cut up the hair you cut off your head to make short pieces. hobo's dont have alot of hair so it'll look good

rub a papertowel through Crisco or something like it and rub it on your cheeks, chin and under your chin. Then cover this area with coffee grounds. Iches like heck but looks really good. That is what my son is going to do.
