It is structured with a few things. Going from the outside inwards, it starts with the atomic wall, inside the wall is the electron cloud where another structure called electrons move around in which surround the nucleus which contains two other subatomic structures known as protons and neutrons. A little further into the proton, there are six quarks which make up protons. The size is determined by how many electrons the atom contains. It's weight is determined by it's neutrons and protons as well as protons deciding which element it is. As for the color, that is determined by the atoms combined making something called a pigment.

Atoms are structured basically of the same materials but with different configurations.
The different structures follow an arrangement and combination of its basic elements give the different material properties.

The basic core is hydrogen and climp up similar to a cone .This type of cone structure is out lined in the table of elements which was originally formulated by Dimitri Mendelev.

Color is something things we see in terms of light radiation frequency.

Atoms are not arranged and described in terms of colors.

What radiation comes out of the electrons are micromasses moving at different frequencies giving us different colors of light radiation.Their energy has been formulated as
E= hf.

Every atom contains protons and neutrons within the nucleus of the atom. the number of protons is given by the atomic number. the number of neutrons can vary for each element. in the outer shell of the atom are the electrons. for the main elements, the number of electrons increase from left to right on the periodic table, with the far right being completely filled.
