There are many types of safety signs and depending on the area you are looking at will depend on the answer you are looking for.
Roads have many signs Stop/bumps in road/slippery surface/bend in road/animals crossing/no entry/one way they are all forms of safety so ROAD SIGNS may be one.
Hospital where I worked had many hot water/slippery or wet floor/hazzard/no entry (barrier nursing) /radiation/ nil by mouth /fluids only to name but a few.
No smoking
Do not enter
danger (to what ever it is near)
Most safty sign are either warning people to not use or be careful

Not sure if you're asking about in the kitchen/bathroom (commercial), or road signs, or something else.
I can think of 'Caution, Hot Water', 'Wet Floor' & things like that in hospitals/hotels/public baths etc. In fact, swimming pools have loads. Then how about train stations?

Anyhow, there must be more than five! Perhaps you could modify your question to be more specific.
