A home pregnancy test usually works best only after you've missed your period for a day or two, so if you haven't yet, then you are not dumb or stupid like some of the people on this page are saying... so just ignore them. The first sign for me was frequent peeing, but it's different for everyone. I'm currently in the puking stage. If you haven't had your period yet, just wait until it's supposed to come and if it doesn't, get a home pregnancy test. If the test comes out positive, see a doctor to confirm. If it comes out negative, wait a week to see if your period is just late. If not, see a doctor anyway... although it is normal (but rare) for some people to randomly miss a period, it's not common, so if you're not pregnant there could be something else wrong.

There are many symptoms such as nausea (feeling of wanting to vomit), dizziness, sore breasts, belching and indigestion, vaginal discharge, etc. The only sure way to tell is by being tested. Pick up a home pregnancy test or get a blood test at your doctor's or you can visit a Planned Parenthood where the test is free and you can remain anonymous.

Why not take a test and find out? Just because you have stomach pains doesn't mean you are pregnant. I have a 6 year old son that has stomach pain and that doesn't mean that he is pregnant. Take a test and find out.

Lots of signs, but if in doubt, spend the $10 and get a pregnancy test.

Ok...I'm on my third pregnancy, but way before I got pregnant with the first kid I knew...that tummy aches didn't mean pregnant.
