Have you talked with a neighbor to see if kids trick or treat in the area? I'd have some candy handy just in case. You can always take it to work if you have left overs.

Yes you should buy candy to hand out. What a great way to meet some of the people in your neighborhood. I don't know of a city where the kids don't Trick or Treat.

Yes, neighborhood kids do trick or treat in St. Louis but it depends on what part of St. Louis you live in as to how much candy you need to buy.

Yes! You never know if kids will show up. And if no kids show up, then you can eat the candy!
