Hi, I did some charity fund raising a year or so back and got a really good response from some celebs. Although some will only support certain charities as there is so much stuff being requested for fund raising and then sold on ebay!
Dont think I can give you the actual addresses of celebs on here because of data protection but I'll tell you where you can get the addresses for yourself!

When I did this many years ago I wrote or went in a visited local shops /hairdressers/restaurants/local zoo/theme park/food store/ect and asked for donations. I did really well and had good prizes a season ticket for a family to zoo and theme park. wash and blow dry, meal for two, chocolates, vouchers from music stores. I also had a football from three local teams all signed and one even gave a shirt. Also try local theatre's to see if they can give free tickets to see a show.

contact your local football team, may donate a signed football, send a general letter to all the local companies on school headed paper, most large stores have a budget for donations. try your local bowling alley for free tickets, and if there were any stars that started at your school, try them.
early learning centre will donate face paints (but not toys) and McDonalds may supply a large drinks dispencer (usually orange)

Graham Cole aka PC Stamp of the Bill is really approachable if you contact him at the Bill Offices, he can normally find T shirts and Baseball caps signed by the cast! I used to run a fan club for the Bill so that is how I know!

I have always found rugby and football clubs like to donate a signed ball or shirt particularly for schools. Man United and Liverpool have helped me in the past.I don't know what part of the world you are in so can't recommend any club near you.

some trays of meat......... steaks, sausages, chops etc to the fee of what you % to pay which you would be able to get on the food market. a number of $10 (around 5 kilos) trays can upload as much as an high priced prize or only one tray plus bottle of beer..in basic terms the way ausblue mentioned...
