Get the EASY button from the TV commercial.
Go to a VERY remote, ultra secret location.
Duct tape at least a dozen sticks of dynamite, with blasting caps, to your abdomen.
Attach the EASY button, press it to be sure it works.
If it works, you're ready. if not figure out why and try again & again until it works.
Once it works, and the dynamite has done it's job, you can start preparing for martyrdom.
