You have some very, very good answers. All I can add is that my
neighbors never had to train their dogs to pee or crap on my
lawn - the dogs did it anyway.

Well I've never trained a dog before, but I guess just go over it with him over and over again of where he should pee. He should pick it up eventually. That's pretty funny. I wish I had a dog I could teach to pee on my neighbor's lawn.

throw a dog biscuit onto the neighbors lawn... the dog will go onto the lawn... call up the neighbor and tell him there is a dog on his lawn... the neighbor will come out and kick your dog... if you are lucky your dog will pee

Hang out with your dog on the neighbor's lawn while they are not home. Wait for the dog to pee. Praise the dog loudly and give him treats when he does.

Dogs sniff out where they have gone before. This becomes their preferred peeing area. I suggest collecting your dog's urine in a cup and pouring it in the desired area. He will naturally be lured to the neighbors yard instead of yours.

If you are that pissed at your neighbor , why don't you pee on it and leave the dog out of it. Shore would hate to have you for a neighbor.

Every time he has to go, haul him over to their lawn and wait for it to happen.
