If you don't like the doctor, perhaps find another. Don't be sue happy. People suing doctors is why our friggin health insurance is so expensive!!!! I just don't see why you'd stay there if you felt so neglected.

Well the question is: Are you ultimately responsible for your health or is your doctor? If you weren't satisfied with your health care and your doctor, then it's up to you to find someone different. Why would you sue? Because of neglect to your health concern? It will be hard to prove that you told her if it wasn't documented, and then what would you want? Money. Focus on getting better health care from the new doctor, and forget the past. Some doctors just aren't that good--that's a fact of life. We all get upset that somebody didn't do something that we think they should have, get over it.

Unless it is something serious like cancer, that could be detected and treated earlier, forget it.

4 the yeast you probably needed an antibiotic. For the blood in your urine - makes me worry lol! Did neither doctors do a mid-stream urine specimen and akso a urine dipstick test to see if you have leucocites? This would indicate an infection that could assend from bladder up into your kidneys. Esp if your urine burns when you pass urine and if your urine is murky with a fishy smell. Urgent attention may be necessary (urine should be clear weak tea like)

I believe you'd need to prove that you'd been directly harmed by something your Dr. has done, as opposed to something your Dr. just didn't pay attention to. To prove that would be next to impossible. Don't be too sue-happy..... sounds like you've got the plan before you even know if something is, in fact, wrong. The pain could be ovulation or any number of other things.

You can fire your doctor. If you are that unhappy with her (rightfully so) then start seeing someone else, have all of your records transferred over to the new physician. If you really want to go through the hassle of suing as difficult as that may be then all I can say is talk to a good attorney and get copies of all of your records from that doctor's office. It is allowed, they can not tell you otherwise and most of the time you have to pay a fee for the copies. Good Luck.

Contact an attorney to see if you have a case but get another doctor your health is nothing to play around with.

Well sueing is a bit toooo offensive in my opinion...Warn her and just tell an elderly doctor in that hospital abt this behaviour..If this doesnt help, SUE!
