I live in Toronto and my team just got our jerseys from a sports store in Guelph, $115.00/jersey but we designed our own crest. The $115 covers the name, numbers, and crest on the jersey. (The cheapest we found in Toronto was $130/jersey if fewer than 20 ordered - only 14 people on my team)

You might try a place in Canada called River City Sports. I am not sure if they are still in business and I can't remember what city but I am thinking Winnipeg. I can't seem to check the Web to see either. It won't work. But anyway, they used to have all KINDS of jerseys and other really cool stuff at decent prices. I got some really neat jerseys and tees and other collectible stuff in the 90's.
