kindricko's got it, unless you meant to put (f-6) in parentheses. In that case it would be:

(f-6)/5 = 3.2
f-6 = 3.2 * 5 = 16
f = 16 + 6 = 22

Take your pick. :-)

f - 6 / 5 = 3.2

f = 3.2 + 6/5 {add 6/5 to both sides}

f = 3.2 + 1.2
f = 4.4
