i posted a question that my cousin asked, asking if it is okay shaving your pubs this guy or lady said that it hurts when your pubs grow back when ur older. Is that true cuz i dont know what to tell my cousin?

no all it does is itch for a while until the skin adjusts

If you use the wrong type of razor or a dirty blade the hair follicle could become infected making the shaved area hurt. However ,normal shaving could be accompanied with itching for a few hours. This could be avoided by doing clean shaving with a shaving cream.

Normally it would itch like crazy but not hurt growing back. But if he has sensitive skin it can get bumps and kind of raw after shaving, sort of like zits. If his skin is like leather, then it won't hurt at all.
But why is he doing this? The hair is there to keep the area warm and protected from the rubbing of clothing. It's weird to want to shave it - eeeeww.

Again. It is not recommendable the shaving to the very end. It itches when it grows back. Just shave it partially. The area will look more healthy and higienic. I shave it every week and my friend like it, because the penis looks bigger.

That's not true. If you shave, it will itch for a bit until your skin adjusts to it, but if you shave it and keep it trim, it will never hurt. I personally trim, but don't shave it all bare because i don't like the bare look for a guy.

It didn't hurt me. When I had to have some surgery they shaved me bare. Only thing that bothered me was that it itched for awhile when it started growing back.
