See I've always wanted to be a girl ever since i was a toddler and i'm thinking of under going the same surgery. Can i concieve in any miraculous way possible. I havent talked about this to anyone not even my parents. ITs just that I really like this guy and I want to have his baby. Please say yes, you out there. A male to female sex change will turn your penis inside out and turn it in to vagina. You will be able to urinate and experience an orgasm as a woman.
However, you will not be given ovaries, a uterus, Fallopian tubes, mammary glands or anything like that. You will not have period. You can't turn a testicle into an ovary - so even if you got all those organs - it would have to be someone Else's egg that would be fertilized. If you wanted the child to be biologically yours you'd have to save your sperm in a sperm bank and then use it to fertilize the egg of a donor and then have it implanted in you.
Anyway, even if they were to implant all those things in you - you still would have to have a c section. The male pelvis is not equipped to expand as much as the female one does. Furthermore, women are wired to be able to endure more physical pain than men can. Would you want to endure all that pain if your nervous system was not wired for it?

Unfortunately, as others have stated, unless you have the internal components (ovaries, unterus, fallopian tubes) you will be unable to become pregnant even if you have a vagina. Perhaps you could go somewhere to have your own sperm frozen prior to the surgery so that when you are ready you could have a biological child of your own using a surrogate mother. Of course, adoption is always a good idea, and there is no reason why you could not have just as loving and wonderful relationship with an adopted child. There are so many children out there in need of loving homes. The big question is: Are you and your partner in a stable and financially secure relationship where you both want children? If yes, than it's Ok to raise children no matter what your sexes may be.

you need to adopt. A woman's body is a complex thing and though I have no doubt that you yourself know you should be a woman the fact is you weren't born one so there is no way you can give birth. I don't think men should give birth all though it would be a hell of a lot easier on us lol
But its a special bond a mother and child have and the bond father and child have is special to. You need to seek counseling I don't think you can under go an op. with out it.
besides adoption is a wonderful thing. Once you see that child needs you to care for them blood lines are of no matter

I'm not a professional, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to conceive. I believe the way it works is that you would have the genitals of a female, but not the internal parts needed to make a baby. Sorry. But you and this guy could adopt, or have a surrogate mother?

You would have a doctor made vagina. But no uterus, tubes, eggs etc. So no. Also you body isnt designed to do all the things a womans does during that 9 months. You could get a surigate though.

No, the surgery does not give a man a working uterus. You'll have to adopt if you want children.

My dear, only a natural-born woman can give birth. A man cannot carry to term. You can go ahead with your surgery if you want, but you will never reproduce. Note: you had better be honest with anyone you date before you sleep with him or her because it's a right to know about this before anything goes on down there.

If you go through with the surgery, you will be given a vagina, but not a uterus or any other organs necessary to give birth to a baby.
If you want a baby, adopt.

sorry to tell u this, ur body dont have the hormones to make a baby but u do have estrogen but cuz inside of ur body is different from females even after an sex change. they can change the way ur genitals look but not the inside of ur body.
