He would have much less support. So by default his approval rating would be much lower right off the bat.

That's a tough question to answer. It shouldn't make a difference, but it might. Even men in politics who claim to pray make bad decisions. Some people in politics claim no religious beliefs and they still stink at decision making.

Really since church and state are suppose to be separate, it is imperative to put your religious beliefs on hold, while looking at the facts at hand. This is not often done in politics, because there are so many hot button issues in the political arena being pushed by christian fundamentalist and not just christains, other religions push too.

In short, I guess praying before you bomb a country may help someone make the right decision.

Remember Clinton? But he's really not agnostic or atheistic, he's an autotheist. Without religious convictions, there are less likely to be moral convictions.
