Ok. im working for a company now with who i had a summer internship. they took me on part time while im in school but are still paying me my full time rate. they think im graduating in May and have set aside work and a position for me, but my luck with my classes changed and i wont be done with school until next December. the company is a start up so i dont know when to tell them that plans kinda changed? i know they will be really upset, but i cant work full time if im school right???

im working towards my BA in business communications. I was a summer markerting intern and now im a part time marketing associate. im talking 20 units now and im planning to take 17-20 until i graduate

Depends on the job and the degree you are working toward. Only you know what you are capable of. Let them know that you are working and going to school though. They might cut you some slack because of it.

Provided it's not a professional degree(MD/JD/DDS/etc.)...You can take classes while working full-time. The thing here is that you can't start being a doctor/lawyer/dentist/etc. without that degree.

Just take as much as you can by May so that it is just one or two left 'til December...

Do let them know about it.
