You could use a garden hose. Douches can change the Ph of the Vagina so you need to get one that won't like Trichotine or Summer's Eve.

My doctor told me that douching isn't necessary. The vagina cleans it's self. Douching puts the vagina's natural pH out of wack, getting rid of the good germs inside that keep everything normal and regulated. She also told me that the pressure from squeezing the bottle isn't good either. Its too forceful. She told me to pour it (the douche) in the bathtub with me and let it pass by the vagina. Kind of move the water towards your private area. Doing it too often dries out the vagina and leaves you open to the bad bacteria, making it easier for it to get "sick." After sex, just take a shower or bath.

You shouldn't douche too frequently. Your body needs the Good bacteria that cleans out all of that nasty uterine graffiti you get goin' on in there or you'll develop a yeast infection.

White soap and water does an excellent job.

yes it has been proven to be bad when overused. Why don't you clean one after you use it and after sex use it and put warm water w/ a little bit of soap. Or you can do one of those sitz baths.

DOUCHES ARE REALLY BAD FOR YOU, IT MESSES UP YOUR PH BALANCE. ANY DR WILL TELL YOU THAT IT DOES MORE HARM THAN GOOD AND THEY NEVER RECCOMMEND THEM. TRY A LITTLE SOAP AND WATER....
