recently i had a problem with my ipod's sound.the sound would only go to one ear,but would go to both if i tugged on the headphone cord.recently i sent the ipod to apple and they gave me a new one.the only problem is the sound will still only go to one ear regardless of the headphones or me tugging on the cord.dont tell me i need to send this one back also..i also think this one of the newer ones since it has the brightness adjuster.and the version of 1.2.do i have send this one back in again?

u need to call apple again. when u send the ipod back they dont require u to send the earbuds. they actually tell u not to. anyway, its sounds as if that is the problem. bc, logically, the ipod has no control over the earbuds or which one works or not. try with another pair or different set of headphones

If you've already tried a different pair of headphones, then I think your going to have to send it back again.

Sorry, I think you will have to send that one back too if you tried a different pair of headphones.
